Ultra thin asphalt treatments are applied using standard hot mix asphalt equipment. Static rollers are typically used on ultra thin lift asphalt treatments. For bonded wearing course, a spray paver is typically utilized. The spray paver applies the emulsion membrane directly in front of the application of bonded wearing course.
